AGREEMENT

Completing and submitting this sign-up page acknowledges and confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the Terms and Conditions set out above. Violation of any of these terms may result in the immediate cancellation of your partnership with us and the forfeiting of any commission revenues.

Affiliates are web sites, with English language content, that sign up with GoZinta to use our search tools, GoBrand, GoOut, search boxes, and/or advertising banners. Although GoZinta requires no minimum amount of click-throughs, GoZinta does reserve the right to accept or deny affiliates based on the usage, quality, and traffic of your site.

Partners are specifically search engine web sites, with English language content, that sign up for GoFeed, our XML feed search technology. Partners will have to meet certain requirements of traffic, rankings, and usage to be accepted as a GoZinta partner.

Partnership Policy

• You must have a search engine web site to become a GoZinta partner.
  
  
• You must provide us a valid e-mail and mailing address to join our program.
  
  
• Your acceptance into our partner program is subject to our approval.
  
  
• We will occasionally send information to our partners regarding their account and other updates about our web site.
  
  
• As the account holder, you are responsible for all activity on your account. It is important that you not reveal your password to other users. You agree not to reveal your password to other users and you agree to indemnify and hold GoZinta harmless for any improper or illegal use of your account. This includes illegal or improper use by someone to whom you have given permission to use your account.

Usage Policy

• All traffic to your pages is measured by a traffic measuring methodology to calculate the exact number of visitors to your pages.
  
  
• A payable search is defined in the following way: a visitor to your site makes a search and visits at least one of our advertiser's web sites.
  
  
• An attempt to cheat or defraud GoZinta or our advertisers in any way, including the following will result in immediate cancellation of your account and the forfeiture of any revenues due you at that time.
  
  
  • Too many clicks from same IP will result in account termination.
    
    
  • Repetitive searches to the same key word or search terms are not accepted.
    
    
  • Any other method not described in these terms by which you attempt to defraud GoZinta or our advertisers.

Commission Policy

Gozinta.com will only pay commissions if we are successful in getting search results from advertisers, search engines, and advertisement agencies. Commissions are directly related to the advertising revenue generated by Gozinta.com.

• You must be an active partner to receive commissions.
  
  
• Partner commissions shall be paid by paypal.com, e-gold.com or a company check.
  
  
• Partners will be paid 25%- 50% of the revenue for each search made on gozinta.com from the partner sites. The percentage of commission each partner earns will be decided by gozinta.com on the basis of your web site traffic.
  
  
• Refusal by an advertiser, search engine or advertisement agency to pay for a search will result in the cancellation of your commission.
  
  
• Any commissions earned by a partner will be forfeited without prior notice if a partner is found to be cheating, committing fraudulent activity, or violating the terms and conditions of Gozinta.com.
  

Anti Spam Policy

Gozinta.com strictly prohibits users from sending unsolicited mass emails or spam, whether via email or any other form. The account of any user caught or suspected of using unsolicited or bulk emails to advertise or solicit referrals to our program will be immediately terminated. Gozinta.com reserves the right to terminate a partner's account and withhold any cash balance due without prior notice if a partner is found violating Gozinta.com's Anti-Spam Policy.

• Unsolicited bulk e-mail is strictly prohibited.
  
  
• Chain letters and pyramid schemes are not allowed. Many such things are illegal. Even the ones that aren't illegal are annoying to most people and tie up online resources, so we don't allow them.
  
  
• Unsolicited advertising is not allowed. This includes the sending of bulk e-mail.
  
  
• You may not use any area of GoZinta.com to harvest or collect information, including email addresses; and the use of such information for the purpose of sending unsolicited bulk e-mail is strictly prohibited. This includes collection of names on a member Web page.
  
  
• Any violation of these provisions can subject your account to immediate termination and further legal action. GoZinta also reserves the right to take any and all legal and technical remedies to prevent unsolicited bulk e-mail from entering, utilizing or remaining within the GoZinta Network.
  

Unlawful or Prohibited Use

• As a condition for using the Gozinta.com Web Site, you agree that you will not use our web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Gozinta.com web site in any way which can damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
  
  
• Partners' websites shall not distribute, sell, offer for sale or license, promote or contain obscene, pornographic, racist, libelous, fraudulent, or illegal materials. You agree to provide GoZinta full access to all parts of your site, within forty-eight (48) hours of such a request, whether in writing or otherwise, for the purpose assuring compliance.
  
  
• Partner websites may not post, transmit, promote, distribute or facilitate distribution of content intended to victimize, harass, degrade or intimidate an individual or group of individuals on the basis of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, race, religion or sexual orientation. Hate speech is unacceptable on any partner websites.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

By placing a link on your site to the GoZinta.com web site, we grant you a limited license to use the Gozinta.com trademarks and logos solely for the purpose of seeking legitimate referrals to our program. You also guarantee that Gozinta.com will receive the benefit of such use.

Subject to Change

These Terms may periodically change with the expansion of our company. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms without prior notice to our Partners. Continued use of our search boxes, text links, or any other GoZinta products after such changes are made will constitute your agreement to such changes in the terms and policy.
